How to Initiate A Return:
Contact Us

Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with a return shipping label.
Return packages are issued only from USA & Canada.
Packaging and Shipping
Ensure the item is in original condition with all tags, extra accessories, and original packaging included.
Follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping the return to the address given in the return authorization.
Return the item using UPS with the provided return label with the steps below listed in Return Conditions.
Required Documents
Include a copy of the return authorization with the returned item.
Attach photos if necessary to support claims of damage or defects.

Return Conditions (Free Returns)

Return labels will be provided for your convenience (We Pay For the Return Labels).
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products ( For non-defective product returns, they must be in the same condition they were shipped to you in).
For Returns in the USA. The return label will be provided and you will need to print the return label, securely put it on the parcel and drop it off at your nearest UPS Branch.
For Canadian Returns. The return label will be provided and you will need to print the return label, securely put it on the parcel and drop it off at your nearest UPS Branch.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned parts.
